Health First NQ is an allied health business based in Townsville, North Queensland, offering physiotherapy, exercise physiology, personal training, and group fitness.

When Leroy Palmer and his business partner first came to AFI Balance, the business was still in its early growth stage, around a year and a half to two years in. At the time, the bookkeeping was being handled in-house, but the systems were messy, time-consuming, and creating ongoing stress.

Since then, Health First NQ has grown from a small team of 5–6 employees to 10 team members across 3 locations in Townsville. Alongside that growth, AFI Balance has helped transform the financial side of the business into something accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
