Health First NQ is an allied health business based in Townsville, North Queensland, offering physiotherapy, exercise physiology, personal training, and group fitness.
When Leroy Palmer and his business partner first came to AFI Balance, the business was still in its early growth stage, around a year and a half to two years in. At the time, the bookkeeping was being handled in-house, but the systems were messy, time-consuming, and creating ongoing stress.

Resolving integration issues between Xero and the business’s CRM and practice management software

Reviewing everything monthly to ensure compliance and confidence before monthly IAS or quarterly BAS lodgements
